We are so glad that we found Elsa's! It is a beautiful place. The family went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room. The second day we were leaving for an early fishing charter. They made us a breakfast and snacks the night before to take. The property was delightful! They made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend!

This is definitely a hidden gem. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and in immaculate condition. The breakfast biscuits were delicious. I cannot brag on the owners enough, they were so nice and very welcoming. Magnolia room #5

Great place! Staff very helpful

Property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, beyond what you would expect for this type of venue. The staff were outstanding, made you feel like part of the fabulous family that owns and operates the venue. Loved the quiet location away from the hustle of New Orleans, yet great restaurants only a few easy miles away. It was the perfect wind down before we flew out the next day. The frogs singing by the canal were amazing! So entertaining! Coffee on the decks, homemade cookies upon arrival, amazing huge breakfast…a fabulous place! Can’t say enough about our wonderful stay!

Beautiful property, excellent staff able to accommodate dietary restrictions

The owners of this place, their family, are incredibly nice and engaging. The went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would stay here a thousand times over. Jeff

We had a fantastic day at Elsa‘s Place. My 12-year-old son and I stayed here during a father and son fishing trip. The owners, staff, and accommodations were excellent. The chocolate chip cookies and breakfast sandwiches they may for us before our early morning Fishing departure were fantastic as well. We will be back!

The breakfast at Elsa’s Place was wonderfully fresh and tasty. We were provided with more than enough and it was wonderful! Eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, grits & shrimp, biscuits and gravy - just awesome! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Couldn’t ask for better for our first bed & breakfast.

Above and beyond great customer service and the property is beautiful. Just beware you need your own car to easily travel out of the property.
