The location is amazing, however the windows do not have isolation. Since it is a touristy and busy area, there is a lot of noise during the night.
All the other things are fine.

Cukup Baik Booked a “City View” room, got stuck in the basement. Extremely loud, AC and WiFi was hit or miss. No daily housekeeping.

Cukup Baik I was initially given a downgraded room with a shared deck area, and not the Superior Studio with private balcony which I paid for. Had to insist on being put in the correct room. Was placed next to Housekeeping supplies closet and all Staff in and out of it were very inconsiderate of the loud disruptive noises made. Also the person in the next room constantly banged on the shared living room wall. So I won't stay here ever again.
