Great location down at the marina. Close to the waters edge, we rented a kayak which was very easy to do. Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained.

Great location at the water’s edge, great room and yes there are stairs everywhere so no surprise there. We had the top floor with a kitchen and deck which was fabulous for watching the world go by. It was worth the extra stairs. Super welcoming and helpful host. The bathroom was renovated with a good shower. Everything you need for a stay in Riomaggiore. Steps to everything including the beach.

The location was beautiful and the terrace wonderful for morning and evenings on the terrace. Paulo was warm and welcoming, teaching us about the region and helped us to plan. It’s a magical place.

When we arrived, we were met by Paolo at the train station and he walked us to the unit, which was extremely helpful since it would have been difficult to find otherwise. Paolo was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was in a 💯 perfect location with a sea view and loud sound of crashing waves. Tourists walked by below all day and evening to see the incredible view but we could simply enjoy it whenever we pleased. To access rhe apartment, there are numerous steps up and down on the way outside and then extremely steep stairs inside as well (with a sturdy rope railing to grab for assistance.) Inside, there was a nicely equipped kitchen, a smaller bedroom open to that kitchen area, a pass-through room with a bench and small futon, and then the main bedroom which also had a sea view and window. The unit has 2 air conditioners which cooled it off well. The bathroom has a shower. It does need some hooks or towel bars added for full functionality. The first morning of our stay, we met with Michele in the Scorci office to review details of the park and our bill. He gave us a free map and incredibly specific instructions on how to best make our way through 4 of the 5 towns in a partial day involving hiking, bus, and train. We couldn't have done it without him! Overall, the Scorci experience was essential to our incredible visit and we would highly recommend it! Overall,

If you want a room with a view, this is a great place. The staff was very helpful, met us at the train station to help guide us to the office to check in. During check in they give you a map and help how you how to get around the area and to the other cities.

An amazing 2 night stay. Paulo and Michael were so helpful. They meet you at the train station, walk with you to the office, ask you what you plan to do/see while you are there. Help you plan, or in my case be more realistic about my plans but still get the most out of the Cinque Terre. You can buy discounted trail and train tickets from them. Coffee, water, Juice and snacks in the room. Our room did not face the sea (as I booked it) but overlooking a cute stairway/alley. I’m spoiled by my bed at home but the bed was firmer than I prefer but not going to knock them for that. Customer Service was top notch.

Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time.

This hotel was located in an excellent location right by the water. It was beautiful and everything you think of when you envision dreamy Cinque Terre. The apartment was extremely comfortable. We enjoy looking out into the harbor with the windows open and then closing them when it got too hot and turning on the refreshing air conditioner. The room was extremely quiet with the windows closed despite all the people outside. We appreciated the great service- help getting our bags to the apartment- I would suggest you reserve the porter service as the price is very reasonable and the stairs are difficult with luggage. Finally we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is amazing.

It was right in the harbor, which was very nice. The staff was great. One thing that I want to caution is that the bedroom is up stairs (but its more like a ladder) away from the bathroom.
