The room was clean and decent sized. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to messages. I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well.

Cukup Baik Only positive to the stay was the location and the air conditioner. Listing was sold as a ‘Hotel’. It is not a hotel but more of a one floor apartment converted to 3 separate rooms. Walls are extremely thin as you can hear perfect conversations with neighbour, shower had mold all inside the shower and the hair dryer only works for a maximum of 30 seconds before shutting off. Would recommend looking elsewhere in the city for something in this price range

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. Before arriving the hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which went smoothly. We were given recommendations for dinner at Virginiae for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! There were a few snacks in the room and a knife for the spreads would have been helpful.
Our 2 “complaints” are more like things to know: the lighting is not the best for getting ready. It is really a result of the building being old. And…the stairs. We knew there were stairs. They are rough at the end of the day! If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. However staff helped us up and down with luggage which was greatly appreciated.

Cukup Baik The host was very kind, room was clean.
The view is non existent. The stairs to get up to the 3rd floor with luggage are a nightmare. The jacuzzi looked nasty. The towels were brown and the apartment smelled like cigarettes. The WiFi hardly worked and would cut in and out every 5 minutes. The shower water never got warm.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location for walking to local attractions, restaurants and the staff is friendly. The room was very clean, including the bedsheets. Just keep in mind that check-in is on the 3rd floor up a very narrow spiral staircase with not enough space for big luggage.

Amazing location with lots of shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. Room was clean and a good size for our group of two. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking.
The host was very good with communication and helped us get our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and then again upon departure.
Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best location in Rome!! Walk out right in the main square!! Staff was super helpful with check in and bringing bags up the steep stairs. Room was clean and had a cool view on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Luar Biasa The location is prime, super walkable with taxi stand 1min down the street. Joseph and Alessandro were super prompt, accomodation and flexible, allowing us to store our luggages before check in and after check out. The room was super clean and has everything you need including a jacuzzi. The only negative is the tight staircase to get to the room so highly encourage not bringing a large check in bags. Would stay here again!

Amazing location, prefect for what we needed. The stairs are steep and there are a lot but typical for this area of Rome. The for locks were also a bit difficult, but staff was very helpful getting this figured out
There is an adorable bar next door to the apartment and many eateries right next to it. Piazza Navona is a 2 minute walk with plenty of things to do!
