It is a fraud. Photos are fake it took me 1 hour to find the place. It is behind Village market. No phone number. His intention was to get money only

Safe neighborhood, cleanliness, communications and staff, staff members are awesome. Laundry is in place that's great and if possible dishwasher please.

The property pictured on my reservation was not the property i was given. Expected to be in a newer building, but was given an apartment in a dirty roach motel, that was mostly residential units. Toiletries requested were not provided, even though listed on the advertisement. The cockroaches in the kitchen were unexpected. There were cockroach droppings all over the silver ware drawer. There weren't enough dishes for the 3 shared apartments. The cooking utensils were few. The oven door was broken off and missing. The curtains were ripped. The clothes line was rotted. The fan above the stove was dripping with nasty brown grease. The cabinets were all rotted. When i asked if i could stay 2 hours past checkout, i was told i would be charged. Then when i said i would check out at 11:30am, the advertised time, the manager told me i had to leave at 11:00am, 30 minutes early. I have many photos to prove what I'm saying. I do not recommend this place. Sign on the gate says, Slipway Apartments, but it's not advertised under that name in Orbitz. The pool was nasty and there were no chairs to sit on, and no lights after sundown. It was within walking distance to the ocean, grocery, restaurants, bars and pharmacy.

Staff was very responsive to requests. Safe location for families and great grocery option/ ATM in super close proximity. The area location is in the perfect place and most locations are very near as well.

The owner or whoever was managing the reservation was the most unprofessional I have ever seen.yiu are renting a shared room in a dirty place ,badly managed ,and with service to match. If I could give it 0 stars i would.

The facility is excellent loved the bed ,rhe ciew is breath taking,room is comfortable, property is well maintained however somethings need to change to make it an excellent review anx am saying this to make the place perfecr because its very beautiful and comfortable to stay.I already expressed they dont provide toiletries u have to purchase them.Then the cleaninjng is every after 3 days this policy should be changed .AC works great however remote is not left behind uts hard to regulate temps.othersisd i would highly recommend the place loved my stay.Malak and Khalid were great and helpful.Appreciate always

This luxurious apartment has amazing view. Apartment is huge and very well maintained. Neat and clean. It has all the amenities including washing machine. Kitchen is big and has all the utensils. You can cook your own food. Rooms are preety big and nice. The best part of the apartment is Balcony. Every single room has a balcony including kitchen. All the room has Seaview and you can see the sunset. The only thing which need maintenance is washrooms Although all the washrooms are neat and clean however some plumbing work need to be done. They don't provide toiletries. It would be great if they atleast provide Hand wash. Overall very beautiful apartment with seaview.

In a tower block with good views, close to all clubs and restaurants

Had an excellent stay,arrived after midnight and was able to check in.Room was great, although unaware it was a shared kitchen and living room common place until after arrival.Bedroom,wi-fi and shower were good however A/C was kinda weak for a luxury apartment. Communication is was pretty punctual however had a hard time reaching staff through the number given.Perhaps holiday travel had something to do with it

Most helpful and friendly landlady who gave us good advice on shopping etc.....
