Sangat Baik The property advertised breakfast included as well as having an elevator. My husband is 87 and has mobility issues , so that is why I picked this property. The @breakfast included” was in another building about a blocks away—- outside the walls of the “old city”! A difficult walk for him.
Yes, they had an elevator, but you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator. Similarly, there is a lovely rooftop terrace, but —- again you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the top.

Luar Biasa Amazing location and the staff were helpful in getting me to the airport. When they cleaned my room they threw away some snacks I was looking forward to finishing though!

Sangat Baik Glorified guest house, but rooms quite comfortable
One of our rooms did not have a shower and the elderly grandmother (84y)struggled getting out of the bath tub.
Air-con not very effective.
The sofa bed was a shocker and very uncomfortable.

The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Split in the future!

Staff are excellent (thank you to Sonya and Jimmy), location is excellent; it’s right off the harbour main strip and perfectly placed in the old town. Aircon and TV were the only dissatisfying areas; aircon was weak during temps of 35°+. TV had no English channels. Wrote to management after our stay, but received disappointing response stating ‘we didn’t go to Split to watch TV’. Nice spacious room 401, good powerful shower. Nice rooftop area with high chairs and tables but not cozy, didn’t feel I wanted to spend time relaxing there.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to everything. It would be a nice touch to have some cold bottled water available to welcome guests.

Room was very specious, clean and air conditioned. Hotel is well located (within two minutes walk from taxi drop off/pick up) and close to all touristy locations (bars, restaurants, museums etc.). The hotel also has a great rooftop terrace where you can bring your own drinks and even has lounge chairs for sunbathing.
The only little thing is the toiletries are not very good but other than that, we had an absolutely amazing stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
