Having agreed to pay for a stay of 2 nights at a total of Rp 300000, I requested for an official receipt of payment but no proper official receipt was given. Then I asked the recipient staff to write down his full name with identity card number on the paper receipt he partially wrote, he shouted I must leave immediately, without the need to pay after I told him I wanted it as proof to report to Expedia that I had been made to pay cash to them, even if I had only stayed around 16 hours by then.
