Facil de entender y excelente ayuda.

This is an apartment building where Wyndwood has bought apartments and rent them our. There is no house keeping, the is no extra toilet paper you have to buy your own outside of the 1 roll per bathroom they give, no extra towels. If you are staying for 8 days this is an issue especially with the toilet paper and 4 people staying there; and this is after they had told me they were going to drop some off, it seems like their operators are not on one page and all say different things. Also, we had another group that were supposed to stay in the building with us and they didn't let them know they were sending them 10 min away from us (drive) until 11pm they had to book elsewhere and they were not trying to give them their money back until last min. The front security desk person has nothing to do with them at all so they cannot help you with check in or anything. There is no heating so it gets pretty bad when is warm. The apartment is spacious and clean though.

Great place and locations

Great place at a great location. Very spacious.

They contacted me to change the apartment for another one in the same area because there was a problem with that one. I love Miraflores Area, it has everything close. The apartment was ok, it was clean and close.

Pros: location is excellent. Very walkable to Parque Kenny, shopping, and many restaurants. The building is quiet. Cons: The check-in process was very poor. After traveling for over 16 hours, we were met by a clueless front desk person who said he had no idea who we were or what we were doing there. It turns out that all the apartments in this building are managed by different owners and we were supposed to have received check-in instructions from Wynwood prior to our arrival but never did. The person at the front desk ultimately gave us the keys to the wrong apartment since he said those were the only keys available that were given to him. One hour later we were told we were in the wrong apartment and needed to leave. I ended up contacting Wynwood directly and they finally gave me the correct check in instructions and a PIN number to enter the correct apartment. Overall it was a huge hassle! The apartment itself is semi-clean, although very dusty so bring your allergy meds. One toilet was clogged most of our stay and smelled badly the entire time. The clothing dryer did not work properly and we had to air dry our things. The apartment is also extremely humid and it has an intense humid odor that was only alleviated by leaving the windows open 24/7. There are TVs available but you have to use your own netflix account to log in. No basic channels are available. Overall I give it 3/5 stars. There’s better places to stay in Miraflores.

I liked the apartment very much! It was very clean and comfortable to stay. Close to everything. Easy to communicate!

Excellent
