The staff was amazing they went above and beyond for us. Never saw an amazing services like that they make you feel like family or friend. The hotel is beautiful as well and well situated. Super clean too . Recommended 10/10

The hotel is well located, at walking distance from all the main attractions in Ha Noi: the Hoan Kiem lake, old quarter (we even attended mass at the cathedral, a five-minute walk away). We loved the "boutique" feel of the hotel: smaller number of rooms, smaller restaurant but well equipped and constantly offering high-quality food. The staff is outstanding. They were always polite, welcoming, attentive to our needs, the level of service can rival that of higher standard hotels (four or five stars that we had stayed in before). We fully enjoyed our stay (five nights in May 2026). We warmly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Was in a great location. The staff on the front desk were amazing. So helpful.
The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans or cooling on the roof top bar. It was very hot.
I used the spa services and they were great.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Nicely located with loads of street food and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff members are very attentive and trying hard to make your stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a mixed of western and Asian food. Great rooftop bar to relax for a drink in the evening. The one thing could be no swimming pool or gym, noting that the hotel is in the old quarter where space is at a premium. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can change money into local currency at hotel with excellent exchange rate with low commission.
Don't get a top floor room
As it's right under the kitchen and restaurant as it gets noisy early in the morning.
No TV. Food is pretty good.

The location which is close to almost everything although their exceptional hospitality is what stands out the most! Sun and her crew are just the best, always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommended!
