Great location—just a 10-minute walk into Old Town. The hotel is modern and uses an automated check-in system, but staff were available and helpful when I needed extra towels. My only real complaint was the lack of a TV, which was especially annoying since the World Cup was on. All in all, a solid budget hotel at a reasonable price.

If you are not familiar with the Citybox hotel chain, like I wasn't, you will be surprised by their extremely lean structure and staff. Having said that, I don't think their obsession with efficiency caused any problems with our stay. Checking in and out is extremely fast and easy, the communal kitchen is convenient and clean, the few staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful, and the premises were brand new. Rooms were initially clean and functional (although not cleaned again for any of the other 5 nights we spent there). The lack of a TV in our room wasn't particularly a big deal, but including separate hygiene products for hair and body, as well as a hair conditioner, would have been great. The particular location was great for us because it was close enough to the old city and the port.

Generally nothing to complain. Very satisfying experience.

Loved the hotel. It has a very easy self check-in and self checkout computer system while maintaining 24-hour staffed desk. I personally liked the location. An Uber to the Baltic Train Station was only like 5 euros. Could have walked but it was raining. My room didn't have a TV but there were three TVs in the floor's common areas and was able to watch several World Cup matches there.

Very simple self login and excellent room!

Comfortable self-service hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to Tallink terminal and 5 minutes into the old city. Baggage drop off was simple, so was check in and check out. Very quiet area - good for a good night’s sleep.

This hotel is sooooo modern. I love it, very close to the ferry terminal and about a few minutes away from the old city. Staff....what staff in the 4 days we were here I didn't see one member of staff once. It's nice that you have a table tennis table on floor 1 just a pity we couldn't use it due to no bat and ball and no staff around to ask for them. Nice facilities with the hiring a umbrella for €2 for 48 hours especially as it did rain hard on one of the days we were here. The shower room was nice but the water went everywhere, how can water get near the loo sink ares when you ain't even moving much when showering lol they have TV in a shared lounge kitchen area we would have paid extra to have one in the room. Electric go karting on the bottom floor with discount with your room key but still expensive for what it is. Building Development is happening behind the hotel so don't expect a nice view of the harbour anymore only a few rooms will have it.
