L’air climatisé fonctionnait à peine Le personnel ne parlait presque pas français Certains employés ne parlaient pas du tout français On ne pouvait pas avoir 2clés et il faut toujours les clés pour prendre l’ascenseur alors c’était compliqué La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre Même après leur avoir dit ils n’ont pas corrigé Ils n’ont pas fait la chambre Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits Positif: stationnement intérieur

A/C is NOT in each room. It is Central - the entire building sits at the same temperature with no way to turn it up or down. Maria is a queen - she is so helpful and kind. She wants to find solutions. The room I stayed in smelled bad and had black mold in the showers, but the other 2 rooms were next to the train station. The trains are VERY loud when they pass by. Would recommend staying somewhere more central in Montreux, especially for the price and lack of actual air conditioning.

The room it self were big and clean. Reception were very friendly and helpfull. Position of the hotel is good and near to the lake. The air conditioning was not well adjustable and it could be colder. The breakfast crew were unfriendly and not able to give the correct and full order, never again!

Very accessible. Also has central air conditioning, which became very important during the heat wave we suffered while visiting the Jazz Festival. Very friendly and accommodating desk staff. Wonderful management, as I could tell she runs a very tight ship. Also, it was great to be able to walk out of the front door of the hotel and go directly to the main platform of the train station, which was ultra convenient and that I was not fully aware of until I caught a train to Zurich. I'll be at the Jazz Festival next year, and I will come to this hotel again.

Great stay here. Easy access to train station and main town with promenade. Staff are very helpful and there is always someone at reception. Rooms are large, with balconies and very clean. We paid for breakfast which has a large selection. Would stay here again.
