Very difficult to check in because the entire address is not provided. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment in a residency building. The tower number was not provided and the phone number I recieved didn't work. The room itself was fine, though it didn't have hot water.

Tiny room and sofa bed is broken. No response from property management contact number. Only through the guard on duty that I was able to get hold of the host for the key. Requested for matress but waited for nothing. So disappointed.

I Love their balcony with a magical view of the Mall Of Asia! It's a cute unit, just need to fix those problems above mentioned. Kudos to Mac who is very responsive and friendly after our check in.
