The wrong 2 star hotel,Is the 5 star,excellent staff.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was wonderful because of the amazing panoramic view of the mountains and beach. Even though it was on the steep hill, they offered free shuttle going to the town. The complementary breakfast was also exceptional.

Best view❤️ 2/4 days stay, we were awaken by multiple monkeys on the roof very early. Service was great except for 1 incident that was addressed right away. Food is okay. Overall, would highly recommend to friends and family.

Staff were helpful. They have courtesy shuttle that can take you and also pick you up from one area to the other. Restaurant food was good. Pool view was amazing. I highly endorsed Karuna Resort

Very good service food was delicious restaurant staff was so nice and they offer free tuk tuk rides down to the city all day and pick ups

The glasshouse has a very unique design and impressive interior decor. All staffs were very friendly.The only minor downside is the AC wasn't strong enough for the room.The curtains had to be put down during the day to help minimize the heat from the sun but this also covered the majestic ocean view from the room.It was also Unfortunate that my allergies were triggered by the stray cats,however the staffs were nice enough to do something to get rid of the cats while we were dining. Overall it was a great expreience and will definitely recommend glamping at Karuna to family and friends!

Nice place, nice hotel, and very nice staff. Nika was very kind and great. Only dislike here is the stairs, counted 200 steps from restaurant-pool to our room.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Glamping at Karuna El Nido. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy town center. The safari-style lodge itself was spacious, comfortable, and definitely a unique experience. However, we did notice that quite a lot of elements were made from plastic materials, which unfortunately reduced the authentic safari-lodge feel. It still offered however, a cozy and enjoyable stay overall with incredible views. The staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience and made us feel very well taken care of during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with delicious food and great presentation. The only small disappointment was the lack of fresh juice offered at breakfast, especially compared to many other places we stayed. The atmosphere around the property was peaceful and inviting, and we particularly appreciated the quiet surroundings and stunning views, which made the glamping experience very memorable. Overall, Glamping at Karuna El Nido is a great option for travelers looking for something different and close to nature while still enjoying comfort and good service. We had a lovely time and would happily recommend it to others visiting El Nido.

We had the most amazing stay here honestly, it was even better than I expected. We stayed in the Cocoon and everything about it was perfect. The room itself was outstanding, so unique and comfortable, with the most unreal view to wake up to every day. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check in was so easy and welcoming, and they even let us check in early because our room was already ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. It was also great that you don’t have to pay anything until checkout, which made everything feel really relaxed and hassle free. The shuttle service was fantastic and super convenient they organised our airport transport for us and picked us up right outside our room. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well. Overall, such a beautiful experience and I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting El Nido!

Easily the best place I’ve ever stayed. We had the pleasure of staying in the glasshaus and it was just truly amazing. The staff were incredible and the value for money is ridiculous. They could charge double per night to what they are doing now. Couldn’t recommend it any further.
