5/10 Front desk is willing to extend hand if you ask for something like if you need utensils for your food they will provide you, borrowing mop, request for blackbag for trash Wifi signal is moderate you can surf anytime The place is quiet, you can sleep well unless there's a noisy guests They have chairs and tables outside the room Problem occur: The room we booked was twin room, however when we arrived at accommodation, it's not available because the guest occupying that room "extend" They offer 1 queen size BR and i agree by requesting room transfer after the guest occupying twin room check out, the front desk agreed but after in a while he seems forget my request Unsafe to left important belongings because we figured out that the key we hold is the same as with other room, we only figure out when my mom accidentally open the locked door beside our room (the main area is too dark) and she noticed that the arrangement of that room is not same on us, so she closed immediately Aircon in room 7 is noisy When the luggage qas delivered in homestay (it was left from manila due to unforseen event made by airport) front desk did not notify us immediately but it's understandable because it was delivered in early in the morning Pathway to homestay is muddy No toothbrush and toothpaste provided in the room When we went to airport they booked tricycle for our transportation because they couldn't find available van (which is degrade of service)

Not a good place for groups.

Staff nice good for budget hotel

When we got there they didn't have the right room for us. i booked a twin room and they didn’t have it even though i booked it way ahead of time. I talked to one of the staff over the phone and asked if they can just give us an extra mattress so my brother can sleep on the floor with the mattress but it seems like all that matters to them is the money, the mistake was not on our end and we were told that we need to pay for the extra mattress. i couldn’t hold my frustration because why would i pay for something when im trying to fix the problem that they’re supposed to fix. I had to talk back to them so they can accommodate us better.. they gave us a room with 4 beds inside when we were told theres no available rooms except for the one bed only. Not only that the electricity went out and we were told just to open the windows thats it they didn't fix anything until we check out. Wont recommend this place.
