We absolutely loved our stay at The Moon. Our room was incredible! We stayed on the top floor and had the whole area to ourselves! The view was perfect for fireworks over the weekend. The hotel is in a great location in the main town area with restaurants all around. Easy pick up for any tours. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous. Whoever designed the place did an amazing job, everything was so cute and moon themed. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was excellent. There is some slight town noise (some music, car horns) in the evenings but not very much - we found it easy to sleep. Breakfast was fantastic each morning. You can order what you want and as much as you want. The coffee is made on an espresso machine and is excellent for the coffee snobs out there like me. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. On our checkout day our overnight bus was picking us up in the evening to head to our next destination, so we were able to spend a half day hiking in the National Park and come back to shower and relax in the waiting lounge while we waited to be picked up. They were very sweet and brought us water and snack when we got back and took great care of us. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property was very modern inside. Bed was amazing, so comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very central. Staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in organising a driver for us to take us to the National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Cat Ba Island

Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel was wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful for all our needs. The location is right in the main strip of Cat Ba town, which can be a bit hectic but our room wasn’t too noisy. This was a great value for the price and I would return.

Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel, room is clean, nice and big. Convinence to the central, walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Understand English very well. The only issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom an the hot water. We didn't t ask for help just kind of blundered through with it I’m sure they would have helped if we had asked

Clean room, great breakfast, great location and amazing staff! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and really enjoyed the little celebration on the roof top patio
