Not recommended for families with young children.
The staff were unwelcoming throughout our stay. During check-in, we felt like we were interrupting them — no one explained the hotel layout, breakfast times, or any basic information.
Safety and accessibility were also concerns. The pool had no life jackets for children, the bathroom step was dangerously high, and the dining area on the 8th floor is only accessible by stairs — a real problem if you have a stroller or wheelchair.
The rooms were spacious but only semi-clean. Instead of bottled water, the hotel refills glass bottles, which we weren’t comfortable drinking. The mini fridge also turned out to be non-functional for keeping food cold — our fruit and milk spoiled before we realized. When we flagged this, staff suggested storing food in their fridge, but this was never mentioned at check-in.
To top it off, cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout — in the lobby and occasionally in our room when we turned off the AC.
The location is a genuine plus. It gave us access to a different side of Danang away from the beach, and Lotte Mart is right next door.
That said, we would not return to this hotel for a family trip.
