Big, comfortable room. Quiet too. If you’re in Makati for the “nightlife”, you’ll probably like this hotel. Otherwise, I’d give it a pass and find a place in Makati a little more removed from the sleaze.

The property is located just a block from Century Mall which has great restaurants! The staff is amazing!! Anna, Mica and Sir Den are the best! This is my new “go to” hotel when I’m in Makati! Can’t recommend it highly enough!! The renovations are just being completed and make the hotel even more modern and enjoyable!! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!!

Great location and staff service. I was on the higher floor and it was quiet. KareKare was good, breakfast was ok. Lots of restaurants around. My fave was Andoks bbque, sisig, chicken inasal. Also, Club Royal was around the corner. There was also a liveband with food with lots of tables- the food and drinks where cheap, beer and one ulam for 200pesos. Poblacion or burgos Action was close. I would book here again. Just dont try to check in early, it must happen at 2pm! Joyride was my ride the whole time- cheap and fast. This motorcycle service is cheap, reliable, and can even carry a roller baggage- just put on the notes you need a space for baggage. It gets hot on afternoon rides, but cooler at night. Overall a great stay at Berjaya. They provide daily housekeeping, two small bottles of water, and a secured room and safe. See you next time folks!

Having been to 151 countries, it’s my pleasure to express on Berjaya Makati Hotel, Manila. I have been to Manila 4 times & have spent 25 nights at this hotel. I had a very pleasant time at this centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful, respectful, polite, staff, acting instantly & promptly at reception, restaurant, housekeeping & so forth. A very lively lobby. Door keepers play a very active role at the entrance. All guests will be greeted & assisted in the lobby, on steps, footpath & to the cars. Housekeepers are prepared to help anytime without delay. Excellent room service. Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant where food quality is excellent. Very hardworking & caring staff here. Above all, as the staff was so friendly & hardworking, I can recall some names as Kyla, Len, Shila, Jessica, Anna, Ayie, Azunta, Anjie, Mica, Princess & so forth. You get what you pay for. Sometimes the elevators are overwhelmed and you need to take the stairs. I was afraid to walk on the carpet in my room in bare feet. They upcharged me just to get extra towels, which seems pretty. But at least the water worked and I didn't see any bugs.

I had a long stay and the staff was very helpful Enjoyed the stay and the rooms were good and clean and they were very professional

This place is good if you want to just spend the night somewhere and not looking for elegance. The room was outdated but clean. I just needed a place to spend the night to be able to get up and go to a meeting close by.

Clean Hotel Very Helpful Staffs and the Location have many restaurants around the area.
