Cukup Baik Sheets stunk like they hadn't been washed. Mildew smell. Carpeted floor felt tacky under foot.

All in all the property was okay. Planned a getaway with hanging out by the pool to occupy a large amount on the 3 day 4 night stay. Pool was closed for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and by the time Friday came we had made full day plans since the staff could not tell us when the pool would be available. Rooms do not have coffee makers and microwaves so the only option is to come down during the breakfast times from 6-10 am. Night clerks (Andy) was very helpful and polite. Room was comfortable in size with king size bed, chair and work station. Would not recommend for more than a 1 or 2 night stay. Our stay was 4 nights.

I would definitely recommend The Spark if you’re looking for a clean hotel, a friendly staff, in a good location for a reasonable price. The rooms were good size and beds comfortable. I can’t think of anything really negative about the place, the breakfast was typical continental style but it could’ve been a little more flavorful- but who’s really there for breakfast? Overall, I give it a solid A and would book there again without hesitation.

The Spark by Hilton is a really nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were super nice. There was always somebody at the front desk. I do wish there was a coffee maker and microwave in the rooms but was both in the lobby. My husband ran to Walmart and bought a small $13.00 coffee maker for our room so that worked out well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean, spacious rooms, well-designed. Bathroom and shower also large.
Price of room very good value relative to others in area. Hotel conveniently located and accessible for visitors to Chattanooga.
Staff quite helpful, especially night front desk attendant Andy who helped us retrieve an item left behind by a family member staying in another room. Kudos to Andy for his timely and most appreciated assistance!

Great place to stay! Love the price! The location is okay - hard to get to of you've never been before - a lot of one way roads so if you pass it you have to turn around. I would definitely consider to stay here again if I needed to. The hotel lobby, room, and lands were very clean. There is an outside pool - one reason we chose to stay here - but we weren't able to swim "due to maintenance" so it was a little upsetting for my smaller crew. 4 stars because there wasn't a notice given prior to arrival that the pool was down. I believe that's something a lot of families look for when booking. Also, the breakfast was great but only cereals, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. The coffee bar was fantastic though!
