The hotel becomes very bad specially when they open a new club. The club working 24 hours and music is soo loud and many time complaining to the hotel management and nothing happened. The house keeping are not changing the bed sheet for more than 1 week as I'm outside the room and can't see them or asking them to change it. If you need to relax in your room don't stay in this hotel as the management are not caring about the customers and their services

Staff ok but lacked enthusiasm, this hotel serves mainly Asian visitors so appears to be geared towards them. Location is great with food street 200 meters away and access to bin tang area. Be aware that just down the road the foot path is lined with hookers particularly at night with at least 30, may bother some people. Breakfast geared toward Muslim locals and average at best. Overall it’s a great location, rooms are fine and location excellent.

Very close to red light area. Massage parlor everywhere. Two minutes walk to Jalan Alor to experience the various food along the road.

Air conditioning was good and generally hotel looked great. Pool was a great bonus and warm. Shower did not drain well and almost flooded floor every time and we had a few cockroaches throughout our stay (we were on 8th floor). Lifts could also be quite slow

Not a bad hotel, but the walls are pretty thin! You can hear the next room and the hallways etc… There’s a few other little quirks that may or may not upset some people, but all in all not a bad hotel, just not the best value! I’ve stayed in better hotels in the area for less money.

Room had mold in bathroom, we had a toilet plumbing issue that rquired two repair requests, the rooom smelled smoky st times.

I loved Kuala Lumpur and staying at this hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the staff friendly and polite, great location, excellent pool area. I was upgraded to the highest floor so I had brilliant views. It was my first time in the city, for a few days stop over before flying to New Zealand. I was here for 3 nights and 3 days but unfortunately I was unwell with jet lag, sick and headache which ruined my first day as I was in bed. I think you need 3 days minimum here to see the city. I will be back again. Loved it all!!
