Nice location near museums. Very clean with basic minimal amenities. The property is marketed and priced as a hotel but feels more like a hostel

The best thing about this property is the location. It was right central to downtown. However, it was very dated, not clean, smelled musky, tiny room, not what we expected

Las reservas son muy estrictas nada flexibles asegúrese de que no tengan ningún cambio o perderán dinero, uno de los baños compartidos del 4 piso no funcionó los 3 días que estuvimos allí. ( en realidad habíamos reservado 6 pero nuestros planes cambiaron y perdimos 3 días. Necesitábamos una noche un día distinto y no pudimos tener el cambio. La ubicación es excelente pero no fue una de mis mejores experiencias. Tienen muy poco personal todo es muy impersonal.

The chief virtue of this hotel is its location. It's one of the least expensive places to stay in the old city, but you basically get what you pay for. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are shared, the cleaning and upkeep are minimal, and the staff are non-existent. You are basically paying for its proximity to the center of town more than anything else.

The location is excellent, and I really liked the free coffee and tea station. There is also a spacious seating area where you can charge your phone. My room was clean when I arrived, and the communal showers were also mostly clean. However, during my three-day stay, my room wasn’t cleaned at all, and I didn’t receive any fresh towels despite messaging the property to request some. I also had to contact Expedia because the hotel didn’t send me the access codes needed to enter the building/room. However, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe, and I would stay here again.
