I liked the location of the hotel very much and the breakfast was much better than I expected. A wide choice and much of it fresh and organic.
The hotel staff on reception were very pleasant but appeared to know little about the area. They did not have clue about the location of the Design Museum which is an 8 minute walk away nor about frequency of direct trains to the airport. This lack of local knowledge lets the hotel down. Still I would stay again due to location.

Luar Biasa Great location! The train station across the street made getting everywhere (including to/from the airport) direct and easy. We had a ground level room facing the train tracks and we didn’t notice the trains while we were sleeping at all. 10/10 would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location. Really can't say anything bad about the hotel it was really a good room but a little small. Please note that the that there was no elevator, so you had to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. One thing to note was the front desk staff they were not really all that helpful, I just dumbfounded by the fact that staff did not think that they are in the service industry. Would stay there again. Location is perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It is right next to the train tracks but that was almost a soothing noise for me. They do provide earplugs at the bedside if you want to block out the noise. I have a medication that needed to be kept refrigerated and the first desk kept it in the fridge right there. The only thing I would caution against is if someone has mobility issues there is no elevator and you can’t access any rooms without going up or down stairs.

Hotel was not 3 stars. No airco. Horrible beds. Pay for luggage storage-first time I ever experienced that and staff did not help at all with luggage storage-just carry it yourself down the stairs… Definitely more noice than expected from trains. Only thing that was good was gym and the fact that it was conveniently located next to trainstation.
