Great location.. very close to the palace. The staff are helpful

Great hotel, stayed for one night and the room was clean and the staff super friendly

As I arrived at this hotel, my heart sank. I have stayed in NH hotels before, never one like this! The front entrance is dark and foreboding, as you enter the cracked glass in the revolving door, does not help with the first impression. I was assigned a room that was a throwback to another time, the room was dark and miserable, with a tiny bathroom, which had clearly remained untouched for many years. The corridor carpets are old and stained, with grey paintwork failing in any recent attempt to "freshen" up the place. I was then assigned a superior room, which was better, still not good. The shower area had visible mould, which is easily treated with proprietary cleaners and they had somehow managed to stick two lights to the bathroom mirror with double sided tape! One light had started to drop down and there was also a razor plug that was a potential health risk, in my view. This stay was really disappointing and i cannot give any form of recommendation, other than NH do a full refurbishment of the property. I am not sure how regularly star ratings are reviewed, this hotel is definitely not 4 star though.

The room was great and I loved the staff and the atmosphere !

Nice stay.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast

This hotel is in the perfect location. 2 blocks from central station and 2 blocks from central place. The staff we interacted with, all shifts, very professional, courteous. The rooms have everything you need for a perfect stay: comfortable bed, great A/C, blackout drapes, good size bathroom.

Great

La atención super buena y la ubicación, lo único que deben variar los desayunos.

Very well located, breakfast available and near to the city center and train station in which many tours leave from it.
