Luar Biasa The staff were always present and helpful. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. They went above and beyond for us and even had a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! Livia was amazing to speak with each day.

Really good area, room cleaned and sheets changed every day, staff were very helpful and friendly. We had our air conditioning set cold the whole time which helped in the 38C weather.

Unfortunately, our experience at Mama’s Home Rome was very disappointing. Andrea was extremely unhelpful and even appeared to fake a back injury to avoid assisting us with our luggage up several flights of stairs.
While the bathroom was modern and nicely renovated, the rest of the apartment felt somewhat dirty, uncomfortable, and not particularly well maintained.
Overall, we would never stay here again and would strongly recommend choosing one of the many better accommodations available elsewhere in Rome.

I loved Mamas Home Rome! Livia greeted us warmly, and the hotel was quiet despite the lively location (seriously the location is incredible- walking distance to everything you might want to do or see). Could not have asked for a better stay! Thank you, Mamas Home. I will definitely return!

La ubicación es excepcional siempre y cuando viajes solo con mochila y seas muy joven
Es un edifico antiguo, como debe ser en Roma, pero en el fondo es como si arrendaras una pieza y no es de verdad un hotel como tal pues la recepción cuenta solo con una amable mujer desde las 9 a las 17:00, después de ese horario no hay nadie.
De verdad cuesta entender quién pone las Estrellas en Italia a la industria hotelera. Este hotel si bien tiene habitaciones amplias y baños cómodos debería advertir que: Es un edificio sin ascensor, de escaleras con escalones pequeños y empinados, y tienes que cargar tu tus maletas pues no tiene personal, salvo una mujer muy amable, que agarra ella las maletas y si te parte el alma verla hacer ese esfuerzo por 3 pisos.
En suma si viajas con maletas o tienes algún problema en escaleras , no lo tomes.

We adored the location of the property and the staff was above and beyond helpful. The restaurant they partner with for breakfast could not be beat. Super friendly and helpful as well. We got great restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff and the couple we tried were excellent!

Yes, the staff was great. Free Breakfast was available as well. The location is in the heart of the city, near everything. Its a great location.

Perfect. Great location, wonderful staff. The restaurant downstairs is a definite plus, the staff there made us feel at home too. Be warned it does get loud at night but the is the magic atmosphere in the piazza.
