Extremely rude restaurant staff .Room dirty
and hairs in bath.Booked two nights left day early.No refund or apology from management. Second time staying.Gone downhill. Reception lady was lovely.Restaurant almost had dislike for english people.Ignored on arrival and bad attitude in general.Went hungry as all closed on bank holiday .AVOID this hotel and especially the restaurant. They say its not part of hotel but in there premises. Shocking attitudes of staff.Needs general upgrade.Beautifull beach and ideal venue .Pity let down with dirt and restaurant attitudes.

A lovely hotel set right on the beach with beautiful views. We chose it for the Tati connection. Friendly staff and a comfortable room with terrace. Pretty little town which felt safe and welcoming. It was a shame there was no drinks fridge in the room, as it was so hot and the parasol was out of order. We had an excellent stay, visiting Pornichet market, La Baule, Gerande and Le Croisic. Lovely swims in the sea.

We arrived to a very surly girl on reception who told us our room was not ready. We were early and did not expect it to be and were happy to have lunch in the restaurant which was good. The room was awful, the bed linen , bed and pillows uncomfortable. The whole place is grubby and the lovely beach is full of dog excrement !!! Disappointing .

I had long dreamed of the perfect French resort hotel on a quiet beach on the basis of the Jaques Tati film. The location is still lovely with a golden sand beach, a sunny southern aspect and the same rocks as in the film.
The hotel has areas such as staircases and corridors that are tired but the rooms are fine (although small) and the breakfast area great. Also the bar outside is welcoming.
Reception, notably Antoine, were very helpful.
