위치가 너무 좋고 룸 컨디션도 엄청 좋았습니다. 룸 크기와 3개의 방은 4인이 사용하기 넉넉한 공간이었고, 집처럼 엄청 편했습니다. 주변에 바닷가로 나가는 거리거 옴청 가까워서 해운대 해수욕장 오가기가 편합니다. 주변에 음식점들이 많아 편리 했고 블루라인파크 기차역까지 매우 가깝습니다. 모든것이 만족 스러웠던 숙소 였습니다.

The property is well located, has incredible views and is spacious. So those are the positive things. For a family of 5 it’s nice to have a lot of space and bathrooms. The negative is the apartment is devoid of every personality and looks stale. It has a kitchen but they ask you to not use it. The lobby smells horrible. It’s difficult to get to the beach and they provide you no beach amenities despite being on the beach. No beach towels or anything. There is no access to the gym or pool or anything. It’s just the apartment. I also didn’t like that they have a QR code that says if you give them 5 stars they give you a Starbucks gift card. It feels they are buying good reviews which doesn’t give people an accurate idea of what to expect.

**Pros**
* Spacious unit with a nice layout.
**Cons** (many)
* Rooms were not clean. There was dust in the corners and kitchen area, and the leather sofa had a strong unpleasant odor.
* Even my young children commented on how dirty the apartment felt.
* Very limited amenities. Aside from towels, bottled water, hand soap, and a hair dryer, almost nothing was provided.
* Had to purchase our own laundry detergent. No iron or vacuum was available.
* The washing machine and the bathtub's whirlpool function were disabled, making them unusable.
* Confusing check-in process due to multiple elevator banks and poor directions.
* Front desk staff were not helpful. A large sign at the entrance tells guests not to ask them any questions because they do not assist residence guests, creating an unwelcoming first impression.
* Several warning notices in the room about fines for not washing dishes or sorting recycling correctly. The tone felt harsh and unwelcoming.
**Overall**
* While the apartment was spacious, the poor cleanliness, lack of amenities, confusing check-in process, and unfriendly atmosphere made this a disappointing stay. I would recommend choosing another property with better service and hospitality for a similar price.

Our stay at NEWCZ LCT Residence was amazing. The view was absolutely stunning, and the place was incredibly clean and luxurious, which my wife loved so much. We also really appreciated that they provided fresh water and clean towels every single morning. Having a kitchen to cook our own meals was a huge plus, and considering the reasonable price, it was truly a perfect choice for us.

Hidden Gem! The place I've rented is practically new! Grand view. The staff was extremely kind and responsive. Loved the whole experience for two nights.

가족들과 처음으로 부산 여행을 하였습니다. 리조트도 너무 좋고 경치도 더할 나위가 없네요. 다음에 부모님과 동생들 가족도 꼭 데리고 와서 주위 미포, 송정, 해운대 관광도 하고 맛있는 음식점도 주위에 너무 많아서 너무 좋았고요 무엇보다 60층 뷰에서 보믄 도시와 해안 풍경이 최고 였습니다 .

It's in a very convenient location to the beach and surrounding attractions. There is a GS Fresh grocery store in the building next to the tower. The residential suite is large and can house many people to stay. Cleaning is only done once every 4 days. Fresh towels and water are delivered daily. There are some oddities with this place though. There is a gauntlet of 2 revolving doors and 4 sliding doors to get to the elevator we needed to use. The amount of towels deliver daily were overwhelming. We didn't use half the towels deliver for out 8 day stay. The alarm system in the unit was a mystery. It kept arming and triggering if someone opened the front door or randomly at nights. The master light switch also turned off randomly in the evening even thought we tried to turn off all the automatic and scheduled settings on the control panel. There is no fitness center or any other onsite facility to use. The staff in general (not all) didn't seem very happy to be working there. One of our cleaning days was missed and there were only two days of cleaning for our stay.
