Rent a car with Paradise

splendid experience in pick and drop of the car on the airport. very thankful for that. the car had no tint it was hot weather only that was my concern. other than that no complain.

very good service and car was clean. agent was helpful and we requested for extra 15 minutes because we had to go somewhere prior to car returning at airport

Would really recommend this as they where very understandable as I arrived late to drop off the vehicle. Vehicle was very clean, definitely use this service. Thank you

fast pick up, and staff was very polite. car was in good condition, but can improve more on the cleanliness before handover to the next client

So far ok juga tapi kami tidak dapat kereta yang kami request walaupun sudah booking awal. Syukur ada refund. Pick up dan drop off pun ok. Terima kasih hantar kami di klia 2 🙏🏻

We initially booked bezza but turn out only saga available. since bezza slightly expensive than saga so we loss few bucks there. so better book saga then. also we arrived at KLIA2 and the instructions ask to wait at arrival gate 1 KLIA2. but turn out we need to go to KLIA1 block D to collect the car. its not easy to find the place. BUT the staff very friendly and tend us nicely. the saga we got also considered ok. but just be careful with the tyre. so overall we recomend this for budget save rental car. but for comfortability, maybe not.
