Before You Cruise and Online Check In:

Mandatory Online Check in

  • Online check-in for Dream Cruises has been made a mandatory requirement for Dream Cruises. Online check-in for all sailings are available from 90 days prior to cruise departure time. The online check-in is important for Dream Cruises. Online check-in will expedite guests boarding process in the terminal. This is also important measure for the keeping social distance at the cruise terminal.
  • Completing online check-in is key to expedite the check-in procedures on the cruise terminal and help to maintain social distancing at the cruise terminal.

Requirement of vaccination

  • At present, all guests aged 18 and above must complete all doses (including 2nd dose) of their Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before their sailing date and provide an official proof of vaccination during check-in at the cruise terminal.
  • As per the latest update of the local Hong Kong authorities, children 12-17 years old who have received one dose of Fosun Pharma / BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine) at least 14 days ago are deemed to have complied with the requirement of completing the COVID-19 vaccination course and are eligible to cruise with official proof of vaccination.
  • Children aged 12-17 years old MUST WAIT 14 days after receiving one dose of COVID-19 vaccination before joining the cruise.

Note: For Hong Kong sailings departures from 1 December 2021:

  • Guests that are unfit for vaccination, including those with a medical certificate will NOT be eligible to cruise on Genting Dream.
  • All guests, including flight crew that have travelled overseas within 28 days of the cruise departure date, regardless of travel history, will be prohibited from taking a cruise.
  • Recovered COVID-19 guests would only be allowed to join the cruises after 180 days from their recovery date or date of discharged from the hospital.
