Layanan bagasi

• Harap diperhatikan: Silakan cek email yang dikirim oleh Safex untuk mengetahui informasi selengkapnya mengenai pengaturan yang berlaku
• Biaya tambahan akan berlaku untuk tambahan bagasi atau bagasi yang berukuran besar. Silakan bayar biaya tambahan ini langsung ke operator
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the luggage is too big and heavy or if it is not the normal travel luggage. In this case, no refunds will be issued.
• Please leave your luggage at hotel reception before 09:00 upon delivery from the hotel
• In case of delivery from your home, please pass your luggage when delivery manager visiting before 09:00

• Purchasing and reservation must be completed by 17:00 on the day before the day of use
• Shipping from island to inland/from mountain area is not available

• Untuk pengiriman bagasi ke dan dari hotel, bagasimu akan diambil dan dikirimkan oleh petugas bagasi hotel
• Jika kamu memesan pengiriman bagasi dari hotel, kamu bisa meninggalkan hotel setelah mengambil foto bagasi dan resi tanda terima. Driver tidak selalu langsung mengambil bagasimu pada waktu kamu menitipkannya ke petugas hotel
• Bagasimu akan ditolak jika tidak memenuhi ketentuan hukum, walau pesanan telah berhasil. Dalam hal ini, kamu akan menanggung kerugian, kewajiban hukum, dan kosenkuensi yang timbul
• For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, Safex staff will meet with the customer directly at the site to collect and deliver the luggage.
• Please possess important personal items yourself
• Luggage must be sealed and locked
• Items designated as illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items in the luggage cannot be included
• Please select the package type based on the baggage size
• Delivery charges from each city express bus terminal or KTX station are charged within 10km. In case over 10km, Additional shipping charges may apply

Luggage Delivery Descriptions:

• This is the lugguage delivery service through Safex in Korea.
• It is available from seoul to other city, from other city to seoul, and from accommodation to other accommodation including hotel and Airbnb on the same day.
• Now, after you arrive at travel detination don't go to the hotel to put your luggage down and start your trip right away.

After you leave the room, take a light trip and come to the airport on time for the flight.

Luggage Size Regulations:

• S/M: Under 23 inches. H 63cm, W 41cm, D 27cm (example: rucksacks, shopping bags, bags, suitcase carried in the cabin, Boston bag, etc.)
• L: 24-27 inches. H 70cm, W 47cm, D 30cm (example: the suitcase is not allowed on board, etc.)
• XL: Over 27 inches. H 80cm, W 54cm, D 63cm (example: golf bag, snowboard, etc.)
