Additonal Information:
- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time
- For arrival transfers, the tour coordinator will wait for you up to 2 hours from flight landing time
- During the waiting time, the driver will contact you to confirm that you will be taking the transfer
- If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
