  • For cruise pick ups, the date selected at check out should be your cruise arrival date (e.g. if your cruise arrives at 23:45 on 1 May, please select 1 May)
  • For hotel pick ups, the date you've selected at the checkout page should be your preferred pick up date
  • All vehicles in Singapore must have child seats for passengers with heights of 1.35m and below. Please leave a request at checkout should you require one. There will be an extra charge of SGD20 for every child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
  • Please ensure that you are reachable at the contact number you've provided at the checkout page. The operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged
  • When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Tabel Biaya Tambahan

  • A midnight surcharge of SGD10 applies for departure transfers between 23:00-07:00 and arrival transfers with scheduled cruise docking time between 23:00-07:00. If your transfers fall between these timings, please choose the midnight surcharge upon check out
  • Please note that cruise arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of SGD10, to be paid in cash directly to the driver (SGD)
