  • Sesuai Fair Usage Policy (FUP), penggunaan dan kecepatan data dapat dibatasi jika kamu menggunakan sejumlah besar data dalam waktu singkat. Pembatasan ini akan dilakukan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi dan dapat dilakukan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya
  • Mohon tidak terlalu banyak streaming video dan/atau menggunakan sejumlah besar data dalam waktu singkat
  • Operator tidak bertanggung jawab jika terjadi perubahan penggunaan dan kecepatan data. Kamu tetap dikenakan biaya sesuai periode rental
  • Please note that the minimum rental period is 3 days
  • Data usage will reset daily at 00:00 (GMT+7)
  • Total data of 1GB/3GB per day at 4G LTE speeds is subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Once consumed, unlimited data at 2G speed will apply

  • In case of damage/loss, deposit amount returned will be deducted according to the following penalties below
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: Up to IDR500,000 or USD100
  • Exterior or scratches or damage: Up to IDR350,000 or USD30
  • Damaged/Lost pouch: IDR50,000 or USD5
  • Damaged/Lost charger: IDR50,000 or USD5
  • Damaged/Lost USB data cable: IDR50,000 or USD5
  • Damaged/Lost adaptor: IDR50,000 or USD5
  • Damaged/Lost guidebook: IDR10,000

Masa berlaku

Prosedur aktivasi

  • Please follow the instructions in the manual book that comes with the device
  • Please contact the number listed on your voucher if you would like to extend the usage of your WiFi device

Informasi pengambilan/penjemputan

  • Please see pick up locations specified at each package
  • For pick up in Terminal 2 Jakarta, you will be asked to leave a IDR500,000 deposit per device, to be paid in cash to the staff. Deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the device.
  • For pick up in other area, you are required to pay USD50 deposit online by credit card (VISA/Master Card) or Paypal. Operator will send you an email with deposit payment link prior to pick up, please follow the instructions and keep the payment copy for your reference
  • Deposit will be returned to your credit card or Paypal account up to 3 working days after device has been successfully returned
  • Please note that deposit amount will be deducted if there is any additional charges or late return

Kebijakan pembatalan

  • Full refund akan diberikan untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan setidaknya 24 jam sebelum tanggal aktivitas yang dipilih
