Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport. The registration process will require you to sign the document and pay IDR6,000 for stamp at the booth. We strongly recommend that you allow the staff at the booth to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation
Important: Please bear in mind that activation process will take up to 2 hours
All SIM cards will be activated after redemption with validation and verification by the staff at the booth. If you would like to activate your SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates

The SIM card is inclusive of 300 minutes local and international calls and 300 free local and international SMS. You are responsible with all the SIM Card services

1 passport is valid for 1 SIM Card and can be used for 14 days only. If you stay for more than 14 days or run out of data before 14 days, you need to top up internet data packages through MyTelkomsel app or GraPARI Telkomsel all around Indonesia
It is highly recommended that you check the SIM’s total coverage area prior to purchasing. Please be informed that the speed of your connection is dependent on the reception at your current location
