The stay at Sun Harbour is for sure a 5/5! I live in a suite with my friend, each of us has our own bedroom and bathroom. The soundproof across walls is great. The rooms are super clean. The service here was wonderful! The manager Vanessa and the other manager who helped me before I left for airport were super considerate and helpful! Besides, the hotel is at a very convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants right at the corner on the Harding Avenue.
I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend Sun Harbour!

El apto. O suite estaba muy bien. Lo único es que el baño amerita una remodelación. El “staff” muy bueno! La cocineta buena. Y cerca de todo! Y además con parqueadero!

This little boutique hotel is clean and just the best location in the Bal Harbor/ Surfside area. The rooms are big and the staff is so nice. We have used this hotel for years to visit family and it is consistently amazing.

Needs to have some serrated knifes and at least one sharp knife. For cutting cheese and bread. Maybe 2-4 plastic tumbler size cups

Fantasztikus We would highly recommend Sun Harbour Hotel!! The manager checked us in and was very
helpful and courteous. The property was very close to the beach, as well as many restaurants. The rooms were clean, well equipped and very confortable. We hope to be back again!! P

FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night.
That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. The main areas of the hotel were clean but the rooms could be a bit cleaner (floors, dusting, pull out bed linens).
The location is fantastic - one block from the beach, chairs, towels and umbrellas available to bring with to the beach. Lots of close restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance.
The beds are not very comfortable for a longer stay - we brought two kids and our host scolded our daughter for jumping on the bed (she weighs 45lbs). I understand it but it wasn’t very welcoming. The host also had my reservation confused multiple times and I had to prove my dates with my booking receipt for her to believe me. I felt rushed to leave at the end as it seemed the room was double booked. The cleaning staff were friendly and the pool was awesome.
