It was clean enough but not what I had expected. It was rather expensive for something so basic.

Check in was a lot longer than usual and the desk staff seemed as if I was troubling them when I asked for any assistance.

Room was ok, no bellman, no valet, service at rooftop bar slow. Room was next to a train line , facing a brick wall. I don’t know why this hotel got 9 rating.
