Great location, wonderful staff, and fantastic amenities

10/10 recommend if peace and quiet is what you are looking for, good location as well and in walking distance of a lot of good spots to eat and nightlife.

Would stay again and again

This was my first time visiting Mexico City and I was beyond pleased. This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore. They really care and take the time to do so, shout out to Diego. There was also a woman who worked for the luggage and door—she was simply amazing. My room was SO comfortable. I went to the ritz for the last 3 nights in CDMX and guess what? THE RITZ DIDNT EVEN COMPARE TO THE GEM OF THIS HOTEL! Crazy right! 10x the price than the room I had here. I so recommend and definitely recommend the room I had. I was alone but it was definitely big enough to sleep like 3-4 people. The architecture and design of the hotel was wonderful. 5 stars from me and hopefully will be back!

Such a lovely hotel with all the convenience and space. Located right in Roma for easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The apartment style layouts are perfect and spacious. The amenities are really new. Would stay here again next time we visit CDMX!

Amazing stay! This hotel has everything you need for your stay. I’m very selective and this fit the bill top to bottom. It’s a luxury apartment with a balcony, amazing rooftop views, warm pool, delicious continental breakfast. Washer and dryer in the basement. Safe building with wonderful door and front desk staff. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Shout out to Guillermina, she was so wonderful to us. The breakfast staff are so professional and they anticipated our every need. This place sets the bar on Luxury and the best service. Give everyone a raise there they deserve it!

The photo makes it look like a highrise, but in fact it is a boutique hotel focused on suites. Perfect for families. Great location. Highly recommend.

great room -luxurious feeling and quiet

Loved our stay at Xoma!! The staff are attentive and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. The hotel and room were extremely clean and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel was great. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, walking to so many restaurants, bars, and shops.

I highly recommend speaking with the hospitality team manager if you have any issues. I stayed here for 5 days, and the service was truly exceptional—comparable to any 5-star hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and communication was seamless. Above all, the location is unbeatable, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Thank you for all your services
