This was a brief stay for a concert at Raymond James. Everything was nice at the hotel, the shuttle is helpful. Restaurant was not open - only complaint. Good experience overall.

Upon c/i I was told to scan a code for parking which I did , and by my surprise there was a ticket on my car for a violation of parking. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she gave off the attitude of I don’t care and handed me an email for the parking company to handle the mishap. If this company is a representative of your hotel … SAD

The hotel was nice. The room was very clean. Bedding was so comfortable. The only complaint I had was the elevators were sometimes not working correctly and the stairwells were dirty. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The lobby was very pretty and loved the relaxing atmosphere there with the waterfall

The room was clean, a little underwhelming as far as decor compared to the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my early check in and extended stay. The restaurant was convenient although I wouldn’t recommend it for an evening dinner or tasty breakfast. Good for just picking up a quick lunch/snack. Standard hotel quality. I loved all the plants and relaxing sounds of the water. I would recommend for a short stay!

Fantasztikus
The the room was very clean. I just love the beautiful scenery when exiting the room. The trees and flowers inside the hotel add a special touch. The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff was excellent. The only issue for me was parking — the closer spaces were for electric cars Outside of that I would stay again.

Room was great. Having to pay for parking to a third party when the hotel own the parking lot is a complete rip off. And then they charged my account a week after I stayed.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I cannot recommend it enough! Excellent Staff: The team here goes above and beyond. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. Their exceptional service truly made our trip memorable. Perfect Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area, visit local attractions, and find great dining options nearby. Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained. Our room was absolutely pristine, fresh, and sparkling clean throughout our entire stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!
