Room was great! Frustrated with the TV - no signal the whole day. Anyway, had a great stay.

I checked in the hotel, they took a photocopy of my passport (as expected) and they took another picture and according to them it is 'process'. If I remember correctly, the picture was sent to a WhatsApp chat. Who knows what they are doing with an additional picture of my passport, when the original scan was more than sufficient. What level of cleanliness should I have expected for £20 room? the sheets had body fluids stains on them, there was no toilet paper, the shower was dirty and so were the towels. I did complaint about this and they did came to fix it. The cleaner was nice and did it while being friendly. However, he had to come back few times because the sheets he kept bringing had stains. The IBIS hotel in general in Jakarta are very dirty! (I stayed at a different one and it was the same thing). I have no comment on the breakfast as I did not take advantage of this.

This was a good and affordable place to stay for one night before our flight. However, there was a lot of noise in the hallway during the night and people repeatedly tried to use their cards to enter our room (possibly mistakenly assigned to our room?). Other than that, we enjoyed the facilities and the room service was excellent.

Staff are friendly. Room is small.

Staff was friendly and great to deal with. Breakfast was decent. But room was very dirty. Stained sheets and whole room in need of a deep cleaning. Overall the hotel could use a remodel/refresh. I've stayed in plenty of Ibis hotels before and don't expect a 5 star experience at the price point but my advice is to avoid this one and maybe upgrade to the nearby Ibis styles instead.

Budget by name and don’t expect anything else. The room very basic and not very clean . If you are badly stuck for 1 nights accommodation then it will do . Staff is nice and they have a very basic breakfast . They have a shuttle to the hotel but very difficult to find heading from the airport . I asked two airport staff and both said take a taxi .

Practical Jakarta Airport hotel choice.

It makes for a good quick stop before or after a flight, nice and dark for sleep, quite quiet, but is a budget hotel. Breakfast this time was MUCH better than last time but we got to have it just after it opened with few customers to compete with.
