the hotel is chic nd calm and yet close to everything. it has beautiful authentic look and views and the staff are very kind and helpful.

One of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. I truly mean this. The property was kept so beautifully. Everyone was so kind and helpful and accommodating. Yet they allowed space for guests to enjoy as if it was their own private villa.

Our experience in Bungalow was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their service was consistently exceptional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay that I’d gladly recommend to others, and I would choose this place again without hesitation.

Great breakfast menu, fresh pressed juices, good coffee, beautiful infinity pool over looking ocean, city and beaches with sunset views. April is the best time to visit.

The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money.

We upgraded to the suites to have more space. The room and design were stunning. Spotlessly cleaned and fabulous staff. The hotel was very quiet but within moments they were there to serve you. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone x

Great location, short walk to restaurants and shops ir easily accessible by Grab. Property was nice but my bungalow was right off the main pool and reception so I could hear the music playing and people talking all night. Reception is staffed 24/7 so some conversations can be heard in the middle of the night. The bungalow was nice but had a strange odour... the resort has an automatic air freshener set to spray periodically (maybe every 30 mins 24hours a day) to help with the smell... while it helps to some extent it just creates a distraction with a gross fragrance that is migraine inducing and loud enough to wake a light sleeper.... Staff were very friendly so over all the stay was nice just not quite as shown in the pictures....
