Room was. Wet clean and tidy. Staffs were very good and very helpful. Breakfast was great and really recommend for family stay.

Pretty good location. Reasonable price. Room could have been cleaner, there were quite a few stains on the carpet and we stayed there for two weeks but when they came to clean the room they would never pick up all the hair that i unfortunately lose every day.

Huge big rooms, with kitchenette, some crockery, clean big bathrooms. good for group of family and friends. BF is available , its double the price compare to online price if you book when check-in. No restaurant in hotel, but lots of grocery store, seven eleven store, road side small food stalls just opposite and walking distance. Pavillion Mall, Lot 10, Farenhitt mall, Times sqaure etc are between 10 to 15 minutes walk. many restaurants Bars, Massage parlours nearby all around.

The pool area is the main attraction here, awesome views. The room was huge! But you can see the building is not new, many little fixes needed in the room, don't get me wrong, great stay, but you can see the building is not new in the details. Breakfast was ok, had options in terms of continental vs asian, but not extensive. Staff was amazing! Overall, great stay.

Great location and value for money. Staff was super friendly and professional. I’ve stayed here multiple times now. The room we stayed in was nice size at 60+ square and the extra space came in handy with two children. We also requested a bassinet which they brought up immediately. Breakfast was decent with a combination of Asian and western cuisine. The room could have been cleaned a little more thorough but aside from that we had no issues. I would stay here again for sure.

Booked this hotel on the reviews it got. I don’t think they are accurate. The area is pretty run down and our ‘suite’ was quite tatty around the edges. The rug in the sofa area was filthy! Bed was clean and comfy though. Great little cafe called ‘feeker’ around the corner. 5-10 minute walk to the pavilion shopping centre which was great! We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our overall stay was great and we were looked after by the staff. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was good. Location was good and very easy to get to shopping etc. Some of the furniture needs to have a bit of a revamp/deep clean. Breakfast was good too which gets changed around a bit for variety. We are vegetarian and could still get a pretty good feed most days. The only thing that could have been added was labeling of vegetarian dishes as we had to ask when we were not sure. Loved our holiday and thank you for your service. Dayana was kind enough to give us an upgrade as this holiday was for my husband’s 60th birthday. Thank you.
