Everything was great! Staff, location, quiet, room layout beautiful, great bathroom/shower. Wonderful English breakfast. Perfect!

Charming British feel to this Hotel, renovated building with a quirky room layout in the building. Narrow stairs to rooms, no elevator. Room well decorated, no desk or side chair. Tasty bakery or treats in room and lobby. Very good breakfast. 5 minute taxi ride from Cheltenham Spa station,

Jó It was an okay hotel. We paid for continental breakfast and there was barely any food left and the station was messy. Ended up ordering dishes at an extra charge. Not sure it was worth a £300 stay.

It was a very polished hotel that was very well presented. A fairly easy layout on the room apart from the fact that it was a little bit cobwebbed and the air conditioner was blasting with no easy way of shutting it off. It wasn’t until I left that I realised when the dial was. The shower, thought powerful, leaked and flooded the bathroom so I needed to use all my towels to mop up the mess. I could forgive the above but the pillows made it quite difficult to sleep. There were lots of them and they were huge.
