Simply the best hotel we have been so far.

Dear Hotel Management, I am currently staying at Hyatt Regency Samui and wanted to share some concerns regarding the level of service we have experienced during our stay. We arrived on Tuesday at lunchtime, and I would like to acknowledge that the receptionist was very accommodating in allocating us good rooms, which we appreciated. However, we have experienced repeated issues with service responsiveness throughout our stay: Upon arriving in our room, I wanted to have a cup of tea but found there was no milk provided. I called reception to request milk for the room. Despite calling 3–4 times, the milk did not arrive for approximately an hour. The following morning at breakfast, we ordered English tea. Unfortunately, the tea did not arrive until around 30–45 minutes later, by which time we had already finished our breakfast. That evening, I became unwell. The next morning, I asked my husband to obtain some toast and tea for me. A member of staff kindly offered to have the toast delivered to my room. Unfortunately, it did not arrive for approximately 30–60 minutes. While individual delays can happen, the repeated failure to deliver basic requests in a timely manner has been very disappointing and has negatively affected our stay. In particular, the delays from both room service and the kitchen have been frustrating, especially when I was feeling unwell. Service is very accommodating and professional. Our AC broke but they moved us immediately when they tried to fix it. Breakfast buffet sumptuos with great variety and quality.

Daily Kid’s activity and kids’ pool play area as well as kids’ play room were great! Also, the short distance from the airport was helpful for family with kids.

Amazing hotel!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good, amenities good, even their welcome drink is incredible. Definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to the airport.

We stayed with a large family and used the family room. It was large and spacious. We were right next to the pool and breakfast area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved our stay!

Good resort with good amenities, well maintained and very helpful staff. Kid's club was very good with hourly activities. We rate 4 out of 5 stars since the food was okay-ish but not great (compared to other restaurants on the island which are much better). Overall we would recommend and also would be happy to come back.

We loved our stay! Most beautiful surroundings! The infinity pool with the view was totally amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful! But the hotel is very far away from resultants and shops which we prefer to have a few of in walking distance.

A wonderful experience- great staff, facilities, varieties of food and drinks. A very special place to relax and chill. Highly recommended
