Hotel was in a great location in old town and overall a great stay!!!

This place is lovely. Chania is gorgeous, and this hotel is unbelievably cute and charming. You are literally steps from cafes; the harbor is a two minute walk. It’s perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet. I’d absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Highly recommend!! It was in the perfect location, so close to old town Chania (2 min walk), room was very clean and the staff were very helpful! Would stay here again!

Heavy, damp smell. No amount of opening windows helps, partly because the "window" is a small frosted panel wedged into a corner - more of a windowless room dressed up as one. Loud noise from the street: I could hear every conversation, the cleaner filling the buckets, and the nearby bars. The shower leaks directly onto the bathroom floor and into the room itself. Other rooms might not smell to damp (this one had a dehumidifier, so it was not a surprise, but all rooms will have the noise problem given the nearby bars. (Long-time Hotels.com user, never gave a negative review, but this was very disappointing for the price and expected quality).

Fabulous experience in a perfect location!

This was a great experience for first time Chania. Its walking distance to all the attractions. The AC is excellent. There's a fridge ( you're going to want to buy and store the amazing wine and cheese while you're here). Bozzallo staff provided me with the phone number to a fair and reliable taxi service which allowed me to visit the stunning Seitan Limania beach, unreachable without a car, and permitted me to eat at the extraordinary To AntiKristo restaurant located just outside Chania. But the best thing about Bozzali is the service, I arrived at midnight, long after the check in time had finished and they sent me a video on WhatsApp explaining how to access my keys, check into my room and get the wifi working. Not many places in Europe will do that!

The accommodation felt new, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent — within walking distance of the bus station and very close to the waterfront and many dining options. We also loved the way the old ruins were incorporated into the architecture, which gave the property a lot of character. The outdoor clothesline was another thoughtful and convenient touch. One thing to note is that rooms toward the back can be noisy at night because there is a nearby pub and people tend to gather outside into the early morning hours. Roula was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering to move us to a different room and later suggesting another option for my friend as well. We appreciated her efforts very much, though we ultimately decided not to move because it would have been too disruptive. The main issue for us was the bathroom lighting design. In our two-bedroom unit, the bathroom was positioned between the bedrooms with frosted glass panels on both sides. Turning on the bathroom light at night illuminated both bedrooms, which made it difficult for light sleepers. This seems more like a design issue than a service issue, but adding better coverings to the glass or using softer lighting would make the rooms much more comfortable for guests at night.
