Very nice apartment, easy check in, with good location near to Queens University Belfast, great walking access to Ormeau park for any booked festivals or events. Close to the hop on hop off bus route. Would definately stay there again.

Very classy. You have an entire flat.
It is spacious by UK standards.
Kitchen is well appointed.
The inside and outside are restored in fine detail - everything works and everything upscale.
If we were coming for a month, the Ulsterville Residence would’ve been a great apartment from which to travel.
Sound insulation between flats was outstanding - rather unique in an urban setting.
Parking was readily available and very safe.
Neighbors were friendly.
Full marks - across the board.

Very quiet. Safe neighbourhood. Walkable into city centre in half an hour. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Little bit away from the city centre near Queens, but as we were there during some disturbances, it was lovely being in a lovely residential area.
Apartment was spacious, washing machine, dishwasher etc
Lots of USB cable points . Really nice and comfortable

Lovely tree lined street. Very comfortable apartment with private on site parking. Just a quick bus ride into Belfast centre. I highly recommended it.

This location was the highlight of my travels around Scotland and Ireland. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. The location is great with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum and some great restaurants. I used a two day "Hop On - Hop Off" bus pass to get to other locations quite easily, and the train/bus station was a short uber ride away. If I ever return to Belfast, I will definitely be staying here again.
