El hotel es comdo y esta en una buena ubicacion, centrico, cerca de restaurantes y square plaza, el staff es servicial, las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones, ya que es un hotel antiguo pero es bonito y todo funciona correctamente. Es conveniente para una estadia corta.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful I stayed here as a solo female and the area around the hotel is not the greatest. I took an Uber from the airport but otherwise I walked which is ok during the day but I would be reluctant to do this at night. Be aware of this, but the hotel itself is great

For a first trip to San Francisco this hotel is a great option. It is close to Union Square and nice areas of the city within walking distance. The staff is kind and always willing to help. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe all the time.

I have stayed at the Kensington Park Hotel many times, and have always been pleased with the accommodations and the staff.The hotel is right on Union Square, within walking distance to shopping, Chinatown, North Beach and more. This time, I arrived approximately two hours before check-in time, and was so happy that I was able to check into my room early. It was very clean and well-appointed. The front desk staff and valet were very helpful. I enjoyed having the fancy water dispenser - with many kinds of water for water bottles - in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again!
