It was ok, staff were really friendly and helpful, but we had issues with a leaky air conditioner, and the heater in the shower wasn’t working properly.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. We only has the complementary breakfast on the first morning. The room was adequate but they skimped on things that cost almost nothing (like coffee sachets) but do add value. A hotel that, on the surface, seemed quite nice but turned out to be underwhelming.

The room was nowhere close to what the photos looked like online. Even the entrance looks totally different. Furthermore, this showed up as a 5star hotel on my filtered search, that's the biggest scam. It was no more than a 3 star hotel. This needs to be updated immediately so other customers are not cheated out of their money.

Site should be updated to reflect no laundry facilities, no city view and clean better... very dated

Sadly, I booked because it showed it had swimming pool, but the pool area was surrounded by trees which had leaves dropping constantly onto your body when sunbathing and the pool was full of leaves. So not ideal
