The good points about the hotel were the breakfast, the staff, who were helpful and the rooms which were for the most part well maintained. We had several very positive interactions with the front desk and on the whole they met our needs. The location is pretty good and there is access to a sandy beach at low tide. Do bear in mind that the hotel is close to the port, so noise can be an issue if you room on the mountain side of the property. The wireless was extremely weak. As this was (partly) a business trip this was a big issue for us. I think this highlights a systemic issue with the hotel. The carpets on the stairs needs replacement, along with the WiFi. Essentially, the hotel needs a bit of a facelift, a refresh if it wants to retain its 4 star status.

This was a total surprise. Seemed corporate but my god, the food was amazing. Clean, on the sea. Amazing breakfast buffet and dinners. Complete gem with great amenities. Do not be fooled by the corporate look. Terrace with sea views and walking is easy.

We loved this hotel so much, we booked another night! The breakfast was delicious! It was so nice that a full sized gym and spa were located within the building. It was well maintained. The views from the balcony was what kept us there another night.
