Nice and luxurious room for a reasonable price. The bar in the top floor was really nice , nice staff, nice view. All good stuff!

Hotel location was great, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good with grwat variety, room and view was beautiful. Only thing i did not like was the glasses in my room had faded, visible lip marks. They were not cleaned very well. Otherwise, the hotel was great and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked into the room like that , my sister got a fright! Never have I experienced a member of staff ( certainly not the cleaner) to just walk into a hotel room with paying guests . I have mobility issues and I take my time to get ready and out by check out time ! Never should have happened so please instruct housekeeping on such matters please . Overall I did enjoy my stay .

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy. Could hear the tv and noise from the next room. Also I'd advise avoiding the 6th floor as the noise from the restaurant/bar on the floor above, especially early morning when they are serving breakfast, footsteps and moving furniture starting at 8am woke me up. I could also hear the roadworks outside the hotel but I guess that's not the hotels fault.

The 7th floor staff at Vega was excellent! They were helpful, very friendly, and welcoming! We loved seeing them to start our days! The breakfast food could use improvement, but the croissants were excellent.

Quarto muito bom, tamanho excelente, limpo, banheiro limpo, contudo como possui paredes de vidro, a noite, se alguém utilizar o banheiro enquanto o outro dorme, pode acorda-lo devido a claridade. A luz do espelho da pia poderia ser independente do interruptor do banheiro. Café da manhã bom, farto e a equipe muito atenciosa.

The staff in hotel was kind

Very central location, clean room and helpful staff. Check-in was straightforward and easy to manage. As we were early, staff were happy to look after our bags until our room was ready.

Surpassed my expectations. Great modern hotel in a central location. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was modern and clean, black out blinds excellent, bed and pillows very comfortable. Would tecommend
