Great hotel and great staff. They always treat me well and I always return to this hotel, when I stay in london. The rooftop bar is a great addition with a nice vibe. Would highly recommend.. Great transport links also.

Friendly and efficient receptionist, loved the room very simplicity furnished but oozed comfort and style. Breakfast was great, good variety of delicious food. All the hotel seemed very clean and modern Our only regret was we only booked 1 night Our only niggle was the drinks in the room was there only 1 fruit tea, 1 decaf coffee sachet, 1 regular coffee. They were very quick to supply more when we asked but would prefer to have sufficient for both of us to have drinks

The room was generally clean, but some of the lights did not work, so we only had the small lights around the room. The room was very noisy. It was like every time a toilet is flushed, it comes into the room.

Excellent hotel, well appointed, clean room & comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice including hot food.Very professional and helpful staff.

Very welckming, Justine on reception was lovely and helpful. Very clean, restaurant food was very good, although quite slow, but wasnt an issue for us. Didnt have breakfast. Roof top bar was nice. Hotel is close to the tube station.
