Can’t say enough about Buca di Bacco . Everything was perfect, and one of the things I have to say is about location; so close to the beach . Staff was amazing, they arranged everything about luggage . I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We loved our stay there. Thank you so much for all you did. My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel .

We LOVED this hotel! This was our first time in Positano and underestimated the amount of stairs there are to get to the hotel. With that said, the location is amazing! We had a balcony, sea view room, very spacious. The hotel has a “porter service” that will take your bags up/down the stairs (fee per bag; worth every penny if you don’t want to burn your legs carrying your stuff). They have an awesome bar and restaurant attached to the hotel with views of the bay and the city.

Buca di Bacco has an amazing location; very close to just walk about 2 minutes from the beach . Everything was good in our stay in this hotel . Very beautiful , clean , staff very helpful . We are having a good experience during our stay . I would recommend this hotel to anyone .

Love our stay at Hotel Buca di Bacco in Positano. Friendly and helpful staff, they made everything seamless and comfortable. Incojldn’t gave asked for a better experience. We will definitely book here again!

the hotel was excellent. In particular, the staff was really superb. We had a room with a balcony that looked over the sea, the harbor and the town...fabulous!

Excellent hotel in an amazing location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. Please be aware that if you are going to the beach for the day you will have to pay extra to rent a chair and umbrella from a third party. It can get pricey.

Beautiful room and hotel. The housekeeping and breakfast waitstaff was very attentive and had great service. We did tip the breakfast staff and housekeeping daily. On checkout day, the front desk asked for a tip for the staff, which was quite bold. We explained we tipped the staff everyday. The hotel does not provide any lotion in the rooms. Also, I sent two messages to the hotel asking if they found golf shirts that my husband may have left in the room. They have not responded.

Excellent property and staff!! From the moment we stepped in the door of this property it was a dream come true! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. We felt like royalty the entire time. The room (junior suite) was a dream, and the terrace was just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views of Positano day and night. Stunning!! Beautiful! The breakfast was beyond amazing with all the choices offered and the views while dining I can't put into words how amazing and relaxing it was to start each day. Thank you for making my dream come true!!! Ciao :)

The restaurant/bar staff members in the open air restaurant/bar were fantastic ! The front desk staff was also very helpful, BUT I WAS APALLED THAT THEY ASKED FOR A TIP WHEN CHECKING OUT !!! After spending so much money with the hotel rates for 5 rooms, I find it insulting to get asked for a tip from the front desk staff. I travel a lot and this has never happened in 40+ yrs. !
