Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly. Convenient location. Room is comfortable. Shuttle to/from train station is very helpful. Whole day tea and snacks are great. Recommend it whole heartily.

The staff were very pleasant and the free/included breakfast was such a delight! Room was very nice with plenty of area to unpack and unwind. I do like that this room had a mini fridge and all the coffee/tea amenities. It’s in a very convenient location, not directly in the middle of everything, so it was quiet without all the hustle and bustle, but within an easy walking distance to the train station. Also, we absolutely appreciated the shuttle rides back and forth when checking in/out. I would absolutely stay there again and even recommend to a friend!

Stayed two nights for family vacation. Everything perfect, tasteful breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, great location… the only thing is the semi-transparent bathroom door.

最高の宿泊体験でした。スタッフの方々はとても優しいですし、部屋もとても綺麗です。お庭は美しくメンテナンスされていて、ランドリーサービスも非常に高い品質でした。普段はレビューをしませんが、こちらのホテルはとても満足度が高く、とても良い思い出だったので、今回初めてレビューします。また泊まりたいです。

We loved our stay here where staff could not have been more helpful and the boss Sophia led from the front by an example of friendliness and genuine pleasure at sharing the hotel made us feel at home. Breakfast was well worth lingering over and catered for all tastes. The steam room & sauna may not be needed in midsummer heat but we enjoyed the facilities after some serious hikes.

We booked into a sister property & got no notice that we were moved to this one. It was fine, but we would have liked a heads up. Also, I received an email confirming that I would have a bathtub (medical reason). We were were put in a room without one & had to move. There were only 6 rooms occupied in the hotel when we were there in April, so the breakfast was very scarce compared to what they described as their usual spread. This is a small family owned property. It is well maintained & the staff were friendly & helpful. They will pick you up at the train station if you make arrangements with them in advance.
